Horse Guards Parade is a large parade ground where the annual ceremonies of Trooping the Colour and Beating Retreat take place. The parade ground is open on the west side, facing St James's Park, and is enclosed by various buildings, including the Admiralty Citadel and Horse Guards. The area is home to several military monuments and trophies, including the Guards Memorial and the Royal Naval Division War Memorial. Visitors can watch the Changing of The King's Life Guard ceremony, which takes place daily at 11:00am from Monday to Friday, and at 10:00am on Sundays. The parade ground is also surrounded by other notable buildings, such as the Cabinet and Privy Council Offices, No. 10 Downing Street, and the Foreign Office
