Blencathra, also known as Saddleback, is a mountain in the English Lake District. It has six separate fell tops, with the highest being Hallsfell Top at 2,848 feet. The mountain has smooth, easy slopes to the north and west, and a complex system of rocky spurs and scree slopes to the south and east. One of its most notable features is Sharp Edge, a narrow arête that provides a famous scramble.
