What to expect
The Grand National is a wooden roller coaster located at Pleasure Beach Resort in Blackpool, England. It was designed and constructed by American engineer Charles Paige in 1935 and is one of only two surviving wooden coasters with a Möbius loop layout. The ride is a racing coaster, where two trains leave the station at the same time and compete against each other. The ride features a double-dip on the first drop and reaches speeds of up to 40 mph.
