Jumeira Beach Residence

Jumeirah Beach Residence is a 1.7-kilometre long, 2 square kilometres gross floor area waterfront community located on the coast of the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina. It is a residential development that contains 40 towers, including 35 residential and 5 hotels, and can accommodate around 15,000 people. The community has a promenade called The Walk, which offers retail experiences, restaurants, fun attractions, and spectacular events. Jumeirah Beach Residence also features a beach, known as The Beach, which provides a view of the Ain Dubai observation wheel on Bluewaters Island.
