Ajim is a commune and port located on the Island of Djerba off the coast of Tunisia. It is Djerba's main fishing port and the closest city to the African continent. The city and surrounding areas were used as filming locations for Star Wars. Tourists can visit buildings featured in the original movie, including Obi-Wan Kenobi's house and the Mos Eisley cantina. Ajim's inhabitants live mostly from fishing and tourism. The ferry port has some fishing nets with pottery used to catch octopi. The city has a few streets that were changed dramatically by film set decorators for the Star Wars filming. Visitors can explore the city's old harbor, mosque, and other locations that were used in the filming of Star Wars

Highlights: The kids were excited to see a Star Wars location, but they were disappointed that it wasn't maintained. "Flo said immediately, that's Cantina." ✨
