What to expect

Ko Chang, also known as 'Elephant Island', is Thailand's third-largest island, located in the Gulf of Thailand near the Cambodian border. The island is part of the Mu Ko Chang National Park and is known for its pristine beaches, sparkling water, and lush rainforests. With an area of approximately 217 square kilometers, 70% of Ko Chang is covered in rainforests, mountains, and beaches. The highest peak on the island is Khao Salak Phet, rising 744 meters above sea level. The island is home to a wide range of wildlife, including native birds, snakes, deer, and even a few elephants. Visitors can enjoy snorkeling, diving, camping, and jungle hiking, making it a great destination for families and nature lovers
