Wat Paknam Bhasicharoen is a royal Buddhist temple located in Phasi Charoen district, Bangkok, at the Chao Phraya River. The temple has a long history dating back to 1610 and has undergone several renovations. It is known for its charity work and its nationwide project to propagate the five precepts in Thai society. The temple is popular among nuns and has a large number of buildings, including a grand pagoda with a beautiful emerald-glass pagoda at the top. The temple also features a museum, gardens, and waterfalls, making it a great place to visit with family and friends. A huge stupa, named 'Maharatchamongkhon', was completed in 2012, and a large bronze Buddha image was built in 2017 in honor of the royal family
