What to expect

Dusit Zoo, also known as Khao Din Wana or Khao Din, was a zoo located in Bangkok, Thailand. It was the oldest zoo in Thailand and was situated in the Dusit District, next to the old parliament house and Dusit Palace. The zoo was home to over 1600 species of domestic and international animals, including mammals, reptiles, and birds. Some of the highlights of the zoo included American alligators, Humboldt penguins, red pandas, and hippopotamus. The zoo also featured a public park, an animal hospital, a zoo museum, and an educational center. Additionally, there were kid-friendly activities such as Play Land, which offered rides and amusement facilities, and a sightseeing train. The zoo was a popular destination, attracting approximately 2.5 million visitors annually
