The Papiliorama is a tropical garden featuring a variety of plants and animals from the tropics. The Nocturama area allows visitors to observe nocturnal animals, such as sloths, bats, and anacondas, during the day. The gardens aim to raise awareness about the importance of tropical forests and biodiversity, and the foundation behind the Papiliorama protects over 11,000 hectares of tropical nature in Belize. Activities: We went to Papiliorama, which is magical for kids and parents! We did guided visits, choosing the butterfly house and the nocturnal animal house. We observed various butterflies and nocturnal animals like sloths. There's also a mini zoo with goats, pigs, and ducks, plus a playground
Highlights: The kids loved the butterfly house. The guide showed us cocoons, caterpillars, and butterflies, explaining their life cycle. In the nocturnal house, we saw rare animals like sloths and bats, and even got close to the bats. They also enjoyed the playground and mini zoo. 'Everything was always delighted.' ✨
