Sentier des Fromageries

The Sentier des Fromageries is a scenic hiking trail in the Gruyères region of Switzerland. The trail links the Maison du Gruyère in Pringy to the alpine cheese dairy in Moléson-sur-Gruyères, offering stunning views of the surrounding countryside and traditional alpine chalets. Along the way, hikers can admire the work of the armailli, or shepherds, and learn about the traditional production of Gruyère d'Alpage AOP and Vacherin Fribourgeois d'Alpage AOP cheeses. The trail is suitable for families and offers a unique glimpse into the region's rich cultural heritage.
