Trümmelbach Falls

Waterfall Lauterbrunnen, Bern, Switzerland

What to expect

The Trümmelbach Falls are a series of ten glacier-fed waterfalls inside a mountain, accessible by a tunnel lift, stairs, and illumination. Located in the Lauterbrunnen Valley, the falls carry up to 20,000 liters of water per second and 20,000 tons of boulder detritus per year. The waterfalls are part of the 72 waterfalls of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and are a unique natural wonder. However, babies and small children under the age of 4, as well as dogs, are not allowed access to the Trümmelbach Falls for safety reasons
