Vitlycke Museum is an experience and knowledge center for the Tanum World Heritage area, showcasing the Bronze Age and World Heritage. The museum features an exhibition about the Bronze Age in the Tanum area and the European connection of the rock carvings. The site includes the Bronze Age Farm, a reconstructed settlement at a 1:1 scale, where visitors can see how people lived during the time the rock carvings were made. The museum offers guided tours and educational programs for schools, as well as daily guided tours and activities for children and adults during the summer. There is also a gift shop and a café on site. The most famous rock carving in the World Heritage Site, the Vitlycke panel, is located 300 meters from the museum
