What to expect
Skara Sommarland is a summer park located 8 km east of Skara, and it's the largest water park in Scandinavia. The park was founded in 1984 and attracts 350,000 visitors annually. It features 45 attractions, including 12 exciting water rides, four restaurants, and many lotteries, games, cafés, and a famous camping ground. The park has plenty of extensive green areas and offers enjoyable rides tailored for all ages, from thrill slides to splash areas for the youngest. The favorite area of the smallest kids is Kotteland, where they can drive safely and dig using powerful excavators. The park also features three roller coasters: Gruvbanan, Spinner, and Tranan

Activities: We spent the day at Skara Sommarland! We explored the water park, with its many water attractions suitable for all ages. The children played at Piratön, in the wave pool and at Lagunen, and we also checked out the tivoli area
Highlights: We all had a blast! The kids loved running around Piratön and splashing around in the water. The 5-year-old had a great time in the wave pool and on the water slides. "It was very fun!" ✨
