What to expect

Lilla Kvarnholmen is a peninsula in the western part of Nacka Municipality, south-east of Stockholm. The area features a theme playground called Lilla Kvarnholmen lekplats, also known as 'Kanelbulleparken', designed by artist Tor Svae in collaboration with the local population. The peninsula is also home to residential areas, some of which were formerly industrial sites, and offers a mix of old and new buildings

This family's experience:

Activities: We went to the playground. This is a themed playground created as Kvarnholmen from a bygone era in miniature. There is an amphitheater with a striking view of Svindersviken

Highlights: Our children loved the concept and never wanted to go home! ✨
