Ekebyhovsbacken is a popular destination for outdoor activities, offering a 7.7-km loop trail for hiking and birding, as well as a ski resort with 1.2 km of slopes and 2 lifts. The trail starts from Ekebyhov Castle, one of Sweden's largest and oldest wooden buildings from the 17th century, and passes by Ekebyhovseken, Sweden's largest deciduous tree in terms of volume. The ski resort is suitable for families, with easy and intermediate slopes, and offers a fun experience for visitors of all ages

Activities: We spent the day at Ekebyhovsbacken, which offers ski slopes for those who like to ski downhill. There are four slopes, and the longest one is 510 meters long. We enjoyed the two lifts: an anchor lift and a button lift. They offer ski school, both in groups and privately. We rented a complete ski package
Highlights: It was very child-friendly and adapted for young children, which made it perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the slopes and the lifts. The kids 0-6 years old can ski for free. It was an easy and convenient way to spend a day skiing if you live in Stockholm ✨
