Judarskogen nature reserve is a municipal nature reserve and a Natura 2000 area located in Bromma, western Stockholm. The reserve is named after the lake Judarn, which is surrounded by woodland and open grassland. The area has plenty of paths and parkways, including a nature trail with information signs that focus on how the Last Glacial Period shaped the landscape around the lake. The nature trail is approximately two kilometers long and has a difficulty level of 'easy', but it's not suitable for people in wheelchairs. The reserve is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including over 400 species of plants, and features coniferous and deciduous forests, heathland, and grasslands. Visitors can enjoy hiking, biking, and exploring the area's natural beauty

Activities: We went to Judarskogens Naturreservat and had such a fun day! We hiked on the shorter trails, which had varied terrain. We walked around the lake and looked for frogs, but didn't find any. We went to the grillplats and cooked some food
Highlights: My children loved the forest! They climbed trees, went balancing, looked for ant hills, and examined different trees and flowers. We enjoyed the open meadows and the scenic views around the lake ✨
