Skåne Zoo, also known as Skånes Djurpark, is a Swedish zoological park located in Höör Municipality, Skåne County. The zoo specializes in animals of the Nordic fauna and has around 900 animals, representing almost 100 species. These animals are often kept in large enclosures with natural environments. Some of the domestic animals displayed include Skånegås, Gute sheep, Fjäll cattle, and Jämtlandsget. The zoo offers various activities and exhibits, making it a great place to visit with family and friends. Visitors can see animals being fed, meet a mountain fox, watch the raptor show, and learn more about the lives of the animals. The zoo's mission is to work with pedagogy and knowledge about Nordic animals, as well as to contribute to the conservation of endangered species for research and teaching
