Activities: We visited the Postojna Caves, which starts with a train ride. We took the guided tour in Italian, as there were no French tours, but audio guides are available in French. Don't forget a fleece, it's cool even in summer!
Highlights: The children found it very interesting, especially the train ride through the caves. It is a bit of a tourist trap, but it's worth it ✨

Activities: We visited the Postojna Cave. We took the cave train and walked through the halls filled with stalactites and stalagmites. We also saw the olms
Highlights: The children were amazed by the underground train ride and the size of the cave. Seeing the olms was a unique experience ✨

Activities: We went to the Postojna Caves and took the train. The train goes down deep inside the mountain. "Rasant goes downhill, deeper and deeper into the mountain..." Then we walked through the rest of the cave
Highlights: The caves were impressive. "...the caves are much larger and more branched than any other dripstone caves I have ever visited." My son loved the train and the Olms ✨

Activities: We visited the Postojna Cave, the most visited cave in Europe! We took a train ride through the cave and then a guided tour through the halls and passages. The visit included seeing the olm in an aquarium. It was a bit crowded, even in November
Highlights: The train ride was fun, but our 3-year-old was a bit scared of the darkness and speed. The highlight was seeing the olm, a fascinating amphibian that the children talked about for weeks! ✨
