Peričnik Waterfall is a 52-meter high waterfall located in the Vrata Valley, near Kranjska Gora, Slovenia. It is one of the highest and most famous waterfalls in Slovenia. The waterfall is protected as a natural heritage site and is known for its unique feature of being able to walk behind it. The path to the waterfall is easy and marked, but caution is necessary due to the wet and slippery trail. There is also an upper waterfall, which is 16 meters high and can be reached by a steeper and more difficult path. The waterfall is surrounded by beautiful scenery and offers stunning views of the Triglav north wall and the summit. In winter, the waterfall freezes and creates ice stalactites, making it a popular destination for winter activities
