Grotte de la Liberté

The Demänovská Cave of Liberty is a unique cave system with a rich flowstone fill of various colors and a magical flow of the underground Demänovka River. It features several large hollow spaces, including the Great Dome, which is the largest underground space in Slovak show caves. Visitors can also see cave lakes, including a 52-meter-long lake. The cave has a permanent temperature of 6.1 to 7.0 degrees Celsius and high relative air humidity, making it suitable for therapy. The cave offers two visitor routes: a traditional tour that is 1,150 meters long and takes 60 minutes, and a long tour that is 2,150 meters long and takes 100 minutes.
