Fort Canning is a prominent hill in the southeast portion of Singapore, with a long history intertwined with that of the country. The hill has a height of 48 meters and is located within the Central Area that forms Singapore's central business district. It is also a popular location for exhibitions, concerts, and outdoor recreation. Visitors can go on a self-guided walk or join a tour to trace the history and heritage of Singapore by visiting historically significant landmarks in the park, such as the Fort Canning Heritage Gallery or the Spice Gallery.
