What to expect

Morskie Oko, or 'Eye of the Sea', is the largest and fourth-deepest lake in the Tatra Mountains, located in southern Poland. The lake is surrounded by towering peaks, lush forests, and offers breathtaking views. It is a popular destination for hiking, with a trail that takes around 2.5 hours to complete in summer and 4.5 hours in winter. The lake is also home to trout and offers a unique opportunity to see nature in its most stunning form. Visitors can walk around the lake and enjoy the scenic views, but swimming and feeding the trout are forbidden. The area is also home to several peaks, including Rysy, the highest peak in the Polish Tatras, and Mięguszowiecki Summits
