Uros Titino

Uros Titino is a floating island located in Lake Titicaca, Puno, Peru. The island is home to the Uros community, one of the oldest cultures in the continent, dating back to before the Inca era. The community subsists on fishing, hunting, and crafting textiles and dried animals. Visitors can experience the traditional way of life by participating in activities such as fishing, navigating in totora boats, and learning about the community's customs. The island offers accommodation in circular houses made of totora, with common bathrooms and hot showers. Traditional meals are also available. The community welcomes tourists and offers guided tours, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the local culture
