Kistefos Museum is a contemporary art museum and sculpture park located in Jevnaker, Norway. The museum offers world-class architecture, an Industrial Museum, two art galleries, and an impressive sculpture park with over 50 works by internationally renowned contemporary artists. The sculpture park is open year-round and features site-specific and international contemporary artworks. The museum also has a new building, The Twist, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, which is a gallery, a bridge, and a sculpture all in one. Activities: We stopped at the Kistefoss Museum, near Hønefoss, just an hour from Oslo. We explored the sculptures, artwork, and interactive activities. The kids enjoyed the water labyrinth and playing on the playground
Highlights: The architecture and the setting with waterfalls were amazing. The Twist building, a gallery, bridge, and sculpture, was a highlight. "Go to the toilet in the Twist", we did! ✨
