The International Antarctic Centre is a visitor attraction and public science discovery centre located in Christchurch, New Zealand. It features Antarctic exhibits, a café, and bar, as well as interactive experiences such as an Antarctic snow storm room, meetups with husky dogs, and rides in Hägglunds all-terrain vehicles. The centre is also home to a little blue penguins exhibit and is involved in the rehabilitation of penguins from the wild. The centre is a great place for families, with a range of activities suitable for all ages, including a 4D theatre and an HD theatre. It is located next to Christchurch International Airport and is open every day of the year
