What to expect
The Agrodome is a 350-acre working farm with spectacular panoramic views of Lake Rotorua, offering a unique New Zealand farm experience. Visitors can enjoy the world-famous Farm Show, which features a cast of talented animals, and the interactive Farm Tour, where they can hand-feed friendly animals such as deer, llamas, ostrich, pigs, and alpaca. The farm also has a Farmyard Nursery, home to cute baby animals, and a play area with an interactive Shaun the Sheep AR Trail. Rotorua – June 22-29, 2023
Activities: We went to the Agrodome, a huge educational farm. Lucie chose this activity. We watched a show about all the sheep breeds in New Zealand. Afterwards, we were taken in a carriage through the property, where we fed sheep, cows and llamas
Highlights: The show was well done, lively, and interactive. Aubin participated in a mock auction and won a soft sheep plush. The kids adored feeding the animals ✨
