Cheese Warehouse

Warehouse Woerden, Utrecht, Netherlands

What to expect

The Cheese Warehouse is a historic building that offers a unique experience for cheese lovers. The warehouse, built in 1937, has been restored and now serves as a centre of taste and flavour where everything related to Gouda cheese comes together. Visitors can learn about the world of cheese making, watch the process, and taste different varieties of cheese. The warehouse also offers a glimpse into the kitchen of the cheese makers and the chance to discover the fine art of cheese making. Additionally, there is a historic cheese warehouse from 1906 where Reypenaer cheeses are ripened, and visitors can follow a cheese tasting for groups of 10 or more
