What to expect

The RTM Museum Ouddorp is a unique transport museum showcasing the history of the Rotterdamsche Tramweg Maatschappij, which provided passenger and freight transport between Rotterdam and the islands with its trams, buses, and ferries from 1898 to 1966. Visitors can take a trip with a restored RTM tram from those earlier years through the dunes of 'De Punt' van Goeree, over the Brouwersdam to Scharendijke. The museum also features steam and diesel locomotives, passenger carriages, a postal carriage, and wagons. Dogs are welcome, and visitors can enjoy a cup of coffee in the cafe made by the museum's volunteers
