Vogelpark Avifauna is a large bird park in Alphen aan den Rijn, in the western Netherlands. It is the oldest and biggest bird park in the Netherlands, with over 230 animal species, including birds and small mammals. The park features various biotopes, where birds are grouped according to their regions of origin, and offers a range of activities, such as bird watching, feeding demonstrations, and a large play area for children. Visitors can also see kiwi birds in a special facility, and during the summer season, flight demonstrations of birds of prey are held.
