What to expect
Apenheul Primate Park is a unique zoo that specializes in apes and monkeys, with over 30 different primate species, including bonobos, gorillas, and orangutans. The park offers a natural forest-like environment where visitors can observe the primates up close. With various playgrounds, animal presentations, and a large insect hotel, Apenheul is an educational and fun experience for the whole family. Visitors can learn about the primates and even take a primate test to discover which species they are most like. Activities: We visited the animal park and our kids had a great time. There are three different playgrounds in the monkey park, where kids can play. You can get a free tracking card for kids at the box office, where kids have to find the 30 different monkey species all around the park

Highlights: We loved monkeys and could really stand and watch some of them for quite a while. Our daughter was especially appealed by the monkeys we could get very close to and almost touch ✨
