What to expect
The Guadalajara Zoo, also known as Zoológico Guadalajara, is a zoological park located in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. It is one of the most important zoos in Latin America and is home to over 2,200 animals from 360 species. The zoo features various exhibits, including the Safari Masai Mara, where visitors can take a guided tour to see African animals such as elephants, giraffes, and rhinoceros. Other exhibits include the Antártida, featuring penguins, and the Herpetarium, which is one of the largest reptile houses in Latin America. The zoo also has a variety of birds, including parrots, macaws, and eagles. Families can enjoy a fun day out at the zoo, with plenty of opportunities to learn about and interact with the animals

Activities: We visited the Guadalajara Zoo and Safari, which is one of the nicer zoos we have been to. We explored the zoo, rode the SkyZoo cable car, and enjoyed the safari
Highlights: The kids loved seeing the animals, especially the safari, and the setting is beautiful with lots of greenery. The SkyZoo was a great experience, but perhaps a bit too long for our liking ✨
