What to expect

The Mask Museum in San Miguel de Allende is a unique cultural attraction that showcases a collection of over 500 Mexican ceremonial masks. The museum provides a glimpse into traditional Mexican culture, with accompanying texts, photos, and videos of more than 40 different dance ceremonies. All masks in the museum have been danced in indigenous performances and are considered authentic. The museum donates its proceeds to the Casa de los Angeles Day Care Center in San Miguel de Allende. Admission is 100 Pesos for adults, and free for children, students, and school groups
