The Museo de las Aves de México is a unique museum that houses and exhibits a collection of over 3000 bird species, representing 73% of Mexico's total bird species. The museum has five exhibition halls, including halls on the origin and characteristics of birds, their habitats, migration, birds of Coahuila, and a fin de milenio hall. The museum also offers various services such as an auditorium, library, store, and area for people with visual impairments. It provides guided tours, conferences, art contests, painting and sculpture courses, and theater for children, young people, and adults. The museum is involved in conservation efforts, protecting birds in two natural reserves, and offers educational programs for children, including workshops and summer courses, where they can learn about birds and conservation while having fun
