What to expect

Perdana Botanical Gardens is a 91.6-hectare park in Kuala Lumpur, featuring a series of attractions including an orchid garden, a butterfly park, and a bird park. The gardens are home to over 3,000 birds from more than 200 species, as well as a deer park and a sunken garden. Visitors can also explore the Hibiscus Garden, the Fernarium, and the Perdana Canopy, a man-made structure with a graduation area. The gardens are a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, with plenty of walking paths, lakes, and scenic views. Families can enjoy a stroll around the gardens, visit the nearby KL Bird Park, or explore the Islamic Arts Museum, which is located on the eastern side of the gardens
