Pulau Dayang Bunting, also known as the Island of the Pregnant Maiden, is the second-largest island in the Langkawi archipelago. The island is home to a 4,354-hectare natural lake, known as the Lake of the Pregnant Maiden, which is steeped in mystical legend and said to boost fertility in women who swim in or drink its waters. The island also features limestone caves, marble rock formations, and a variety of flora and fauna. The lake is a popular spot for families, with opportunities for swimming, kayaking, and paddleboating.
