What to expect
SkyCab Langkawi is a cable car ride that takes you soaring over lush jungles and some of the oldest rocks on Earth, offering breathtaking 360° views of Langkawi and its nearby islands. The ride starts at the Base Station, nestled at the foot of Machincang Mountain, and stops at the Middle Station, which offers access to the mountain's dramatic eastern cliffs. The Top Station, perched at 708m, features two viewing platforms with jaw-dropping scenery, including towering rock spires, steep cliffs, and deep chasms. Visitors can choose from various gondola options, including a Bottom Glass Gondola for a thrilling experience, a VIP Gondola for a luxurious and private ride, and a 360° Gondola for an open-air experience. The cable car ride is suitable for families, with each gondola accommodating up to 6 persons, and offers a unique and exciting experience for visitors of all ages

Activities: We took the cable car up to the SkyBridge. The ride took about 15 minutes. We stopped at a viewpoint halfway up. The "Fast-Lane" or the "VIP-Ticket" make it easier, but are also much more expensive
Highlights: The view was already great from the gondola. "Also if you want to go all the way up to the SkyBridge, a viewing stop is planned here at the first station on the mountain." The kids were excited to go up in a cable car, and the views were great ✨
