What to expect
The Liechtenstein National Museum is a museum showcasing the history, culture, nature, and landscape of Liechtenstein. The museum consists of four parts: the main museum, Postal Museum, Treasure Chamber, and Farm House Museum. The main museum has a total exhibition area of 2,000 m2 and displays both permanent and contemporary exhibitions. The museum also offers various events and activities, such as guided tours and workshops. The Treasure Chamber features a unique collection of precious objects from five centuries, while the Postal Museum showcases all Liechtenstein's postage stamps in detail. The Farm House Museum provides insight into the simple life in the country, with a 500-year-old farmhouse that has been relocated several times
