What to expect

Kronvalda Park is the oldest park in Riga, covering 13 hectares and featuring over 100 species of foreign trees and 22 local plants. The park has a rich history, initially being a forested area and later used as a training and hunting ground by the German Riflemen Society. Today, it is a popular spot for recreation and entertainment, with a playground, café, underground parking lot, and roller skating tracks. Visitors can also rent boats and water bicycles during the summer. The park is home to the largest willow tree in Latvia, as well as the largest cork tree and the largest beech tree with dark red leaves in Riga
