Activities: We visited Shirakawa-go, a historic village with unique gassho-zukuri farmhouses. We explored the area and found it like being in a fairytale village. We had red bean soup for a snack and the children tested the hammocks in the attic
Highlights: The children enjoyed testing the hammocks and an introduction to shadow theater. The village looked like something out of a fairytale. We had a great day, even though we only got the last few tickets for the bus! ✨
