What to expect

Cannaregio is one of the six historic districts of Venice, known for its Jewish Quarter, also referred to as the Jewish Ghetto. The district is the second largest by land area and the largest by population. The area is also home to several churches, including the Chiesa della Madonna dell'Orto, and the Ca' d'Oro museum, which features works from the Renaissance. The district offers a more peaceful atmosphere compared to other parts of the city, making it a great place to wander and discover its hidden gems

Highlights: We enjoyed the variety of sights and sounds in Cannaregio. We found it to be a less crowded area compared to the main tourist attractions. The playground near the train station was great for the kids to run around ✨
