What to expect

Sarmede is a municipality in the Province of Treviso in the Italian region Veneto. The village is famous for its frazione, Montaner, and is known as the land of fairy tales due to the International Children's Illustration Exhibition that takes place every year. The exhibition features works created by illustrators from around the world and transforms the streets and places into a real 'fairytale village'. Sarmede also has several churches, including the parish church of Sant'Antonio, the Church of San Giorgio, and the Church of San Pancrazio. The municipality has a population of around 3,000 people and is located about 60 kilometers north of Venice
