Monte Baldo is a mountain range in the Italian Alps, located in the provinces of Trento and Verona. The ridge is orientated in a northeast-southwest direction and is bounded to the south by the highland ending at Caprino Veronese, to the west by Lake Garda, to the north by the valley joining Rovereto to Nago-Torbole and, to the east, the Val d'Adige. Visitors can take a cable car from the nearby town of Malcesine to reach the ridge, which offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The cable car has three stations, including a revolving cabin that provides a 360° panoramic view. At the top, visitors can embark on walks and hikes of varying difficulties, enjoy the unique views, or sample traditional local cuisine in the nearby cabins or restaurants. The area is also home to a variety of flora and fauna, and the Peace Trail, one of the most important long distance trails in Northern Italy, leads over the range
