The Marmore Waterfall is one of the most famous in Italy and among the tallest in Europe. Located in the Valnerina valley, it lies within the Nera River Park and is formed by the Velino River, which plunges into the Nera River, descending from Lake Piediluco. Visitors can enter from two different points: the Lower Belvedere and the Upper Belvedere, and explore six fascinating, well-marked trails that allow you to admire the cascades from different perspectives and enjoy breathtaking scenery. The waterfall is also a perfect setting for outdoor activities such as rafting, canyoning, hydrospeed, kayaking, and river walking. Additionally, the Marmore Waterfall Park offers the opportunity to visit caves and karst formations carved over millennia by the waters. Some caves can also be visited with children
