Capoliveri

Village Capoliveri, Tuscany, Italy

What to expect

Capoliveri is a town on the island of Elba in Italy, divided into four distinct districts: il Fosso, la Torre, la Fortezza, and il Baluardo. The town celebrates the traditional Grape Festival in October, where extraordinary scenes are choreographed on various themes of the harvest. Another cultural event is the Festa dell'Innamorata, a historic re-enactment of an old legend of two young lovers, which takes place on July 14th. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Capoliveri Legend Cup, a mountain bike race, is held in May and runs through the most hidden and stunning corners of Monte Calamita. The town also features beautiful beaches, such as the Innamorata beach, where a boat race is held during the Festa dell'Innamorata
