Monte Baranci is a family-friendly mountain in the Upper Val Pusteria, offering various activities for families with children. In the summer, it features a summer toboggan run with aluminium rails, where children up to 8 years can ride for free when accompanied by an adult. The mountain also has a Dwarf Village, Barefoot Lakes, a small tubing track, and high-rope courses. In the winter, it turns into a ski resort with family-friendly slopes, a kidscross slope, and a circular trail. The four-seater chairlift takes visitors from San Candido village to the wide alpine meadows of Mount Baranci at 1,500 m above sea level
