It is devoted to Italy's notable personality Leonardo da Vinci, who is portrayed both as an artist and inventor. The museum features physical models and machines based on daVinci's designs, as well as a digital version of the Codex Atlanticus, which contains the notes and sketches of the inventor. Visitors can explore the museum independently or with the help of audio guides in multiple languages and interact with over 200 digital reconstructions. The museum also exhibits working models of da Vinci's machines and musical instruments, including the Rapid-fire Crossbow, Mechanical Eagle, and Mechanical Submarine.
