Lake Predil, also known as Lago del Predil or Raibler See, is a natural lake located in the municipality of Tarvisio, in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region of Italy. The lake is situated in a beautiful area dominated by mountains and valleys, forests and meadows, and is a popular tourist destination for hikers and day trippers. The lake's clear blue water is perfect for swimming, and its shores offer many small beaches where visitors can warm up in the sun. The lake is also equipped for water sports, with sailboats, rowboats, pedal boats, and kayaks available for rent. In the winter, the lake is a great spot for snowshoeing and skiing. The surrounding area is home to many trails, including a 1.3-kilometer walk inside a mine, and the remains of several Great War fortifications, including the Predil Lake fort and the Aibl Gorge fort.
