Lago di Chamolè is a beautiful mountain lake located in the Aosta Valley, Italy. The lake is enclosed within a green basin and provides an excellent panorama of Mont Blanc, the Gran San Bernardo valley, and Gran Combin. To reach the lake, visitors can take a telecabin lift from Aosta to Pila, then a chairlift to 2303 meters altitude, and finally follow route 19c. The lake is also accessible via a longer route that goes through the forest, passing by alpine pastures and meadows with enchanting views of the valley below. The area offers stunning views, peaceful surroundings, and is suitable for hiking and mountain biking. The trail to the lake is considered moderately challenging, with some steep and rocky sections
