Diamond Hill, located in Connemara National Park, is a popular destination for hill walking and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. The hill is 442 meters high and provides panoramic views of the Twelve Bens, Mweelrea, and Tully Mountains, as well as the coastline and nearby islands. The trail to the summit is strenuous but rewarding, with a 7-kilometer loop walk that takes around 2.5 hours to complete. The walk follows gravel paths, wooden boardwalks, and steps, making it a great adventure for families. The summit also offers stunning views of Kylemore Abbey and Kylemore Lough
