What to expect

Amber Fort, also known as Amer Fort, is a fort located in Amer, Rajasthan, India. It is a principal tourist attraction in Jaipur and is known for its artistic style elements, large ramparts, and series of gates and cobbled paths. The fort overlooks Maota Lake, which is the main source of water for the Amer Palace. The palace is an example of Rajput architecture, with some influence of Mughal architecture, and is constructed of red sandstone and marble. It consists of several buildings, including the Diwan-e-Aam, Diwan-e-Khas, Sheesh Mahal, and Sukh Niwas. The fort is also home to a temple dedicated to Shila Devi and has a network of underground tunnels linking it to the Jaigarh Fort
